Rome Everett Requiem Remix
2009/05/20I cut up the youtube of Rome-Everett and put it to the requiem music. The audio doesn’t sync up exactly but neither did Fellini’s. It should be clear, by the end, what the inspiration for this was.

This is a very rough edit, but it was more important to get this up today so hopefully a couple people can see it and realize how quickly you can do this type of stuff.
I filmed this during lunch, waiting to meet a friend.
Later, leaving work I shuffled through my phone until I found an apprpriate song, “Little Person” which was on a 60 song playlist of mine called “Awesome Songs”… performed by Deanna Storey, written by Jon Brion and Charlie Kauffman, from the latter’s movie Synecdoche, New York.
I should note that I had not seen her in 4 years, and she was not aware I was going to be filming this and I had a window shade up on my laptop so I wouldn’t see her coming.
When I got home, I put the 16 minutes of footage into Imovie, sped it up to fit 3:55 of “Little Person” and voila.
